I opened the fourth element from the CU Elements 48 kit into my image editor. I removed the vase and added a bunch of flower stems instead. Then I added the background sheet with floor, wall and a chair.
After that I added the lady and modified the element to fit her hand as a flower bouquet. Then I added another element from the set to her shoulder. Next I added the frame and the ribbon bows.
