I opened one of the kit 141 flower vignettes into my image editor. I copied it 3 times and made a frame out of it. Then I added it on top of a gold edged yellow frame. because the pattern in the yellow frame was dull, I changed it to the background sheet which belongs to this kit.

Next I added the image of the Sleeping Beauty (or Briar Rose, or Princess Rosebud, or Princess Aurora) in the middle. The frame still needed some texture, so I added a metal lattice frame close to the center image. After that I added the tag and the text Briar Rose.
