I opened the peacock file into my image editor. Then I added the multi-ring frame set. After that I added a ray background. Next I added the outer frame. I removed some of the inner rings of the ring frame. Then I added a background image into the aperture.

I found a new year greeting in Chinese letters and added it on top of the image and the translation on bottom of the image.
