I opened the red background sheet into my image editor. Then I added the oval frame. After that I added an outer frame, adjusted the size of it and trimmed the bg sheet accordingly. After that I added the Pixabay image (Jim Cooper) into the oval aperture.

Next I added the gold and gem decorations into the four corners and finished the design with the text "Magical Birthday!"
