I opened a red Chinese style background sheet into my image editor and modified it. Then I added the Chinese girl. After that I opened one of the flower image files from the China flowers set and added it into opposite diagonal corners.
Next I added the Chinese characters Congratulations and Harmony to the other diagonal opposite corners.
