I opened a framed background sheet into my photo editor. Then I added the red baby carriage in the middle. Next I added a vintage baby inside the carriage, as well as a baby blanket. After this I added vintage rose vignettes into the corners of the card.

I also added a thin red frame outside of the background sheet. I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and added a pale pink lace border around it. Then I attached my card front on a white base card.
