Using a graphics program i placed the 10 bottles on a wall and added the drunk from cup 683734_10 then attached this to the map background cup72347_489 with foam pads and then attached with ds tape to the main card.
Finishing with the caption.
Next project is to give the bottles individual labels to the birthday boy!
