The backgrounds were printed onto copy paper and the designs onto 160 gm card and the pieces cut out. The backgrounds and the main piece of the designs were mounted onto scalloped-edge card blanks using dst. The other pieces were layered using 1mm foam pads. I added adhesive pearls to the pink one and toning butterflies to the turquoise one to finish.

These backgrounds are so striking and can be used with almost any design and for any occasion. The colour range is terrific and quite romantic.
