Stunning design elementsCompleted by Taina Kankare

I opened one of the Stunning design elements files into my photo editor. I added a background sheet and the outer frame. After this I added the snowman with the snowballs. Next I added the text "Let it snow" and some snow sparkles.

I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a blue base card. I re-printed the snowman and the snowballs and added some decoupage layers to them. As a finishing touch I added a snowlake ribbon bow on top of the card..
