I opened the grape tuxedo file into my photo editor. Then I opened one of the ball gown files and changed the color of the dress a bit. After this I added a frame. I also found a suitable background sheet and added it.

Next I added four gems in the middle of the ribbon bows. I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a white base card leaving no borders.
