I opened one of the Winter Berries Lace Panel Topper files into my image editor and turned it 90 degrees. Then I added a lace oval and background in the middle. After that I added the roses. Next I added the lady in the middle. I also added an outer frame. I made decoupage layers for the roses. Then I saved the sheet and printed it out.
I cut out all the pieces and attached the card front on a cream base card. Next I attached the decoupage.
The card sheet is available from CUP with the number cup1022241_42863.
