OccasionI opened one of the Stunning Frames files into my photo editor and rotated it 90 degrees. Then I added a background scenery and a girl with a lamp. I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a bronze colored embossed metallic shine cardstock, and then attached it on a blue base card leaaving a narrow border.
After this I re-printed the middle part of the blue frame and cut an aperture in the middle. I added this as a decoupage layer to give dimension to the card. I also made several decoupage layers to the girl. I decorated the card with faux gems and pearl border.
