Stunning design elementsCompleted by Taina Kankare

I opened one of the Stunning design elements into my photo editor. Then I added an outer frame and adjusted the color. Next I added a background musical sheet. I cut an aperture into the musical sheet and added a beige background. As decoration I added a rose vignette twice. In the middle I wrote the sentiment "Onnea" with gold colored letters. It means "Congratulations" in English.

I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a white base card. I added gold colored circles into the corners of the frame and two decoupage layers to the roses. As a final touch I added some glossy accents to the circles.
