I opened one of the blush gold and pastel frames into my photo editor. Then I added a matching color inside backing paper. After that I searched long for a suitable outside backing paper, and finally found one. I also added a gold colored outer frame. Next I added a vignette into the opposite corners. Next I added the text "Onnea" in the middle. It is Finnish and in English it means "Congratulations" or "Good luck".

I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a white base card. Then I printed parts of the vignettes three times to get three decoupage layers. I attached them with foam pads. As a final touch I added two half pearl into the opposite corners of the card.
