Heart Frames & Balloons-ValentineCompleted by Shirley Thompson
OccasionMiscellaneous/Other / Miscellaneous
In my graphics programme I opened the green and cream balloons from this lovely collection. I cloned the colours from them and added a paintbrush sparkler to each balloon. I created a cluster of balloons in alternating colours before adding the flower basket.
I re-sized the green balloon to create my backing paper.
