I opened the first frame from the Gold Frames and Sentiment Tags set into my photo editor. Then I added a decorative border into all four sides of the frame. After that I added a picture in the middle.
I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a yellow base card. I am going to add a tag and some extra embellishments later on.
