I opened the copper colored frame into my photo editor. Then I added a vintage lady picture. Into the two opposite corners I added vintage rose bouquets. Because I had no pink lace available, I added another frame behind the copper colored one to give the appearance I wanted.

I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a pink base card leaving no borders. This set of frames is really elegant. In fact, extra decorations are not necessary.
