I opened one of the Brass button circle border frames into my photo editor. Then I added a vintage landscape inside of it. After this I added a matching outer frame. Next I worked with the background sheet: made it vintage style and added a snowfall mask. As decoration I added a vintage bell and a cutout of it on the opposite corner.
I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a white base card leaving no borders. I decorated teh card by adding two decoupage layers for the decorations.
