I opened the pink and green frame into my photo editor. I added a bokeh background into the frame center and a bird with flowers vignette. Into the corners I added ribbon bows. I saved the file and printed the sheet.

I cut the topper out and attached the card front on a white base card. I decorated the card with a second layer of ribbon bows.
