I opened the gold colored Acanthus leaf frame into my image editor. I found a vintage background sheet with matching colors and added it. Next I added the harvest basket in the left lower corner. After this I added the Siamese cat. Then I added the leaf-acorn-scroll vignette into the upper right corner.
I also added scrolls from another vignette to accompany the vignette and also the harvest basket. Next I added the text Happy Birthday. Then I added two cleaned mushrooms, a maple leaf and a ladybug in front of the harvest basket.
