I opened the gold colored circle frame into my photo editor. Then I added the square frame. As a background I chose green and white "peppermint" swirl paper, even though it looks like quite psychedelic. In the middle of the circle frame I added a red poinsettia.

I also added four holly leaf and branch decorations into the corners of the card. I saved my file and printed it. I cut the topper out and attached it on a white base card leaving a narrow white border.
