In my graphics program I added this frame around the sentiment design (cup924311_703) and printed it onto good quality card and cut it out.
I mounted the card front onto glitter card and then attached the card front to the card using d/s tape.
I added a few gems and a bow to finish off the card.
Gorgeous Design :)
