I opened one of the 10 Metallic Floral Design Frames CU into my photo editor. Then I added a scenery into the aperture. Next I added a rose vignette. I also added a ribbon bow and a heart into the opposite corner.
I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a peach base card. I also re-printed the rose to get some decoupage layers, which I added in place with foam pads. I also printed some decoupage layers for the ribbon bow, but before attaching them I am going to re-color them. This shade looked nice on the screen, but it does not look so pretty when printed.
