I opened my photo editor and added the gold and green frame. Then I added the black Victorian shoe with red rose. After this I added the pine structure background behind the shoe. As a decoration I added two vintage butterflies into the topper.
I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a green base card.
