Rose Vignette 13Completed by LINDA HAMMOND

I made my own sheet to make this card. All Graphics are by Vicky Sumner. I love all thing Vicky.

I cut out all the elements and mounted the topper on a 7 x 7 card blank. .I assembled all the decoupage pieces with double sided foam tape.I added small gems to the butterflies and white flowers. and large glittery ones in the corners.I also added some glitter.

This is my first go with designer resources and you really cannot go wrong with Vicky's design's as she makes them all to match.

I am so pleased with all the things I have bought from her.
