I chose the peach colored decoupage rose and opened the file into my image editor. Then I added a background sheet with a frame. After that I placed the rose in one corner and copied it to the diagonally opposite corner.
Next I added the overlay on top of the bg sheet. Then I added the owl. This design is unfinished.
