Blue Roses Basket Decoupage with 3 Bonus PapersCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionFloral / Floral Roses
I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out design and attached base to a white silver embossed C5 card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with a silver peel-off greetings and blue gems to two corners.
A lovely design.
