A piece of 'Gold Hearts' paper (cup97966_168) was mounted onto black card with DST, trimmed to leave a narrow border and secured to front of white base card with DST.

The topper was secured using foam pads and a sentiment of choice added. A great set of designs, ideal for fund raising.
