I resized a backing sheet to make a card front base and then added the lace to the left side of the card front and then added the blue ribbon on top of the lace,i then added a flower shaped mat to the right side of the frame then added the picture of the dogs and placed a beaded frame around the picture,i then added rose corners to finish the design
