I opened one of the Stunning design elements files into my photo editor. Then I added a background pattern. I trimmed it to a wide but short panel and added a red panel behind it. I copied the element into the other side of the panel. Then I added a basket of flowers in the middle.
I saved the file and printed the sheet on a stong sheet of paper. I folded the sheet and trimmed the edges and got my card. I added one decoupage layer on the rose basket, and a plastic flower. I am going to add more decoupage layers later on.
