Using my craft studio programme. I used a paper from kit404286_99, as my background. I added an oval diamond topper from the above kit and then took a Lil Bear from kit417497_1141, I printed some seperate lil bears so that I could add some decoupage.

I finished by using a fancy pants sentiment tags from kit417764_99 and added Happy Birthday
