YES! You can use these for non-commercial and commercial use. I am even allowing CU4CU with most of my products. ** An update to my previous TOU policies ... I am now allowing decoupage for my bows, graphics, posers and elements.
NO! You can NOT cut these up or add to kits as is. This is NOT a resell product. You can not share or resell/sell these graphics. Use these to make something new. Decoupage is ok but please do not give your customer my products in the same file format you received from me.
