I opened the red heart pendant from the set into my photo editor. First I removed the pendant hanging parts. Next I added a ruby under the shape and removed the excess. Then I copied the heart three times and made a four-petal flower from them. After this I copied the flower and rotated it 45 degrees. This way I got an eight petal flower or rosette. I added a flower gem in the middle of the heart flower and a smaller decorative gem on top of the flower gem.

After this I added a green background and a frame. I copied the ruby-filled hearts into the four corners of the card. I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a beige base card. I re-printed the heart-shapes and made decoupage levels of them. I added glossy accent into the last levels and when they had dried, I added them into their places. I also replaced the middle paper gem with faux plastic gems. As a finishing touch I added some more faux gems.
