I designed this sheet using Sue Douglas' beautiful 'Lace Doiley 1' and Pamela West's very lovely watercolour 'Hollyhocks and daisies'
I printed the design on to satin photo paper, cut out all the elements and mounted the main image on an ivory pearlescent card. Then I put two of the butterflies on the front of the card (bending the wings up for a 3D effect) and a greeting underneath. I then made a bow out of organza ribbon to finish.
