Gel Alphas - Commercial UseCompleted by Eve Mcmean

I inserted this design into Picture It cropped the writing off the bottom of the Silver Glitter background cap274305 then inserted the Gel Alphas moving them around to say Happy 21st.

I then inserted the dress from cup261335. Beautiful card and so effective.
