In my graphics programme I opened one of these gorgeous bear images and the text. I created an A5 card front in white with red polka dots and a smaller rectangle in plain white.

I added the bear image and the text to the white rectangle and bordered it in red before placing it onto my A5 card front.

I used the eraser tool to remove parts of the bear image to create my decoupage pieces.
