Vintage Style Romantic Clip-ArtCompleted by Taina Kankare

I opened one of the Vintage Style Romantic Clip-Art files into my photo editor. I added a background sheet. Then I copied the outer frame from the background and added it twice after enlargening it a bit. This way I got the outer frame a bit thicker. After this I added the text Onnittelut in the middle. It is Finnish and it means congratulations.

I saved the file. I will add some decoupage to the roses later on.
