Peony and Roses Decoupage Sheets, PNG files, Commercial UseCompleted by Taina Kankare

I chose the pink peonies and roses file from the Peony and Roses Decoupage Sheets, PNG files kit. I opened a vintage portrait of a lady into my image editor. Then I added the pink peonies and roses. After that I added the frame.

I am going to add the decoupage later on.
