The backgrounds were printed onto copy paper and the designs were printed onto 160 gm card and the pieces cut out. For the lavender design, the background and the main piece of the design were mounted onto a card blank using dst. The other pieces were added using 1mm foam pads. The easel card was made in the usual way and then mounted onto a larger base using dst to give it more stability.

These backgrounds are wonderful. They give a depth on which to build your design.
