300 dpi - jpg files.
**Just a note .......... When using any file, always open it, then copy it and use that copy to resize, crop or colour.
Never use the original file or it will eventually lose integrity and become fuzzy.
This is true with all files, but especially jpg files. So always copy and paste your file first, close the original, and then work with that copy.
