I used the blue plaid design and cut a piece large enough to almost cover the front of an A5 card.
I secured this to black card with DST and trimmed to leave a narrow border before securing to front of pale blue card with DST.
I used a die cut 'Happy Birthday' oval topper, dog and paw print for the front of the card and finished with blue ribbon.
