I used a 6x6 white card, printed the image smaller. I used a piece of star background paper and stuck it onto the card. I stuck the image onto a piece of white card and then onto blue card.

I added a piece of dark blue gold edged ribbon, stuck the image on top and added some die cut gold stars and stamped a sentiment onto a die cut circle.
