I used a 5x7 card base, added some background paper, ripped a couple of pieces of music paper and added them to the top and bottom.
I printed the chosen image onto silk copy paper and added it to a piece of gold shimmer paper then attached to the card with DST.
I added a couple of phrases, a bow and some gold gems.
