I printed the design off once on photo paper, I used the 2 picture per sheet option and unclicked the fit to page box .

Cut out the square and then mounted it onto card to give an edge between the design and white space, then added it to a 6 inch card blank I printed the insert and added that with double sided tape inside the card.
