I used a 6x6 card base and added a layer of aqua card and a layer of spotty paper. I printed the chosen image onto silk copy paper and added it to a piece of white card then attached to the card base with DST.
I used quickie glue to outline the wings and added glitter. I added a sentiment and some glitter enamel dots.
