Congratulations new job 2Completed by Shirley Thompson

In my graphics programme I opened one of these beautiful new job images. I created an 8 x 8 card front in lacy backing paper and added borders in blue & white. I resized my chosen image and added blue & white borders to it.

I positioned the image on my card front and added a transparent picture frame. Finally, I added some fancy corners in a deeper blue lacy backing paper.
