8 mat and layer backgrounds cu4cu and cu ok Completed by New Beginnings

I used a black and white bride and groom image from Janet Scott at Pixel Scrapper. Colored the flowers with a soft pink using a brush in GIMP. Layered the frame on top of the image. Printed the topper.

Cut it out and ran a silver Sharpie marker around the edges. Mounted the topper to a scalloped edge square frame. Punched some greenery with a Martha Steward branch punch and green textured card stock. Attached roses onto the branches. This was very easy to make and I love how it turned out.
