I chose the fourth picture and opened it into my photo editor. Next I added a green frame. Then I added a fairy. Into the four corners I added a red ribbon bow. I saved the file and printed it.
I cut the topper out and attached it on a white base card. Then I cut some extra ribbon bows and made decoupage layer of them.
