I opened the lilac paper file into my photo editor. Then I added a frame. After this I added a geisha woman and a text. The text is in Japanese Hiragana syllabary. In western letters it is written o-me-de-to-u and it means Congratulations in English.

I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a violet base card leaving a narrow border. I will add some decoupage later on.
