The designs were printed onto 160 gm card and the backgrounds onto copy paper. The backgrounds and the main pieces of the designs were mounted onto card blanks using dst and the other pieces were layered using 1mm foam pads.

These padded effect backgrounds are really effective and come in such a great range of colours.
